By accessing or placing an order on the De Marquée website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and partners.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. For limited pre-order editions, delivery estimates (e.g. 1-2 days local, 3-7 days international) are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to cancel or limit order quantities in cases of system errors or fraudulent activity.
Prices displayed on our store are listed in supported currencies (AED, USD, etc.). We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe and buy-now-pay-later options via Tabby. All prices include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
Every De Marquée timepiece is accompanied by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty covers movement and structural craftsmanship, but excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of natural gemstone dials, items returned must be unworn, in original condition with protective films attached, and in full original packaging. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
All content, designs, images, and brand elements are the exclusive property of De Marquée. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
